Making it Work leaflet

As part of the Making it Work project, Inclusion London worked in partnership with several Deaf and Disabled People’s Organisations (DDPOs) across London. We aimed to build DDPOs’ capacity to deliver employment support, using rights-based and social model approaches. We wanted to challenge old ideas about Disabled people and employment, test out new models and support changes to policy and practice. This leaflet provides an overview of the project, although it had to change direction due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Download (PDF).

Three MIW films

During the Making it Work project Inclusion London worked with Filmanthropy and a shadow crew of young people with learning difficulties to produce three films. We wanted to reach young Disabled people, colleges and employers and change attitudes.
