Peer Support Group Resources for Disabled People’s Organisations to use with Disabled Job Seekers

During Covid-19 lnclusion London employed two young Disabled people as co-facilitators to lead our Peer Support Group. We facilitated a safe space for participants to share experiences and knowledge with each other, build their independence and develop their leadership skills. We also organised guest speakers, including graduates of supported internships, leaders in arts and culture and other young Disabled people who have successfully transitioned into paid employment. DDPOs can use these resources with their members / clients who are interested in engaging in peer support activities and finding paid work. Individual Disabled people can also download and use these resources. Download the full resource pack (PDF).
