Campaigns and Policy Network

Inclusion London actively works with Deaf and Disabled People’s Organisations (DDPOs) on a range of campaign and policy issues and regularly brings DDPOs together to discuss current consultations and campaigns

Our aims

  • Support DDPOs to understand policy and campaigning issues and identify how best DDPOs can respond
  • Enable DDPOs to share information and experiences on policy and campaigning issues
  • Provide opportunities to discuss and explore issues relevant to Deaf and Disabled people’s policy and campaigns.

What is a DDPO?

DDPOs are organisations run by and for Deaf and Disabled people. At least 75% of the governing Board must be made up of Deaf and Disabled people, and 50% of the staff.
