In 2014 Hammersmith and Fulham abolished the system of charging for daily living support which is still the norm in other boroughs. Jenny Morris explains how Hammersmith and Fulham Coalition Against Cuts effectively campaigned for this change, which is now leading to real co-production between Disabled people and the Council.
