The Three Guineas Trust is recruiting a panel of 10-12 people to recommend grants to projects that give better access to free legal advice and representation for disabled people. The panel will also help us shape the direction of this programme.

We want to recruit people with lived experience of disability and learned experience of legal advice. This role is paid at a day rate plus expenses (including childcare) and access costs.

This is a paid role on a self-employed basis. The rate is £150/day plus expenses, access costs, and childcare. Panel members will be paid for five days. This will include an orientation/training day. Appointment is for three years.

The panel will convene in person or virtually. How people meet and discuss proposals will depend on what suits panel members. To start with the panel will convene to consider grants once a year. The panel will be facilitated to make sure everyone’s voice is heard equally.
