Join TeamRAD and make a difference! RAD (Royal Association For Deaf People) has a fantastic opportunity for a Strategic Marketing Manager to join its team. This is a home-based role with some travel to London and Colchester. There will also be an opportunity for hybrid working if the post holder is London-based or commutable.

As a highly motivated digital marketing professional and HubSpot CRM specialist, you’ll demonstrate expertise in leading on and supporting the use of HubSpot whilst working with the Marketing team and Business Development colleagues to ensure that a marketing strategy supports business direction, sales, and the development of our expanding services – ensuring that this is continuously reviewed. You will create and implement a marketing and communications strategy for the organisation and develop campaigns to support and publicise RAD’s services and organisational ambitions – raising our profile and to support income generation targets and growth of our commercial services.
You’ll be responsible for its implementation and for leading the team to create content and manage communications for the organisation which meet funder requirements, celebrate successes and achieve income targets in line with the organisational strategy and commercial plan.
