RAD has a fantastic opportunity for a Rota Coordinator to join their team. This is a home-based role with some travel to Colchester or Office based in Colchester. You will join them on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 – £23,000 per annum.

As the Rota Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the Independent Living Service (ILS) rotas and coordinate support across a wide and varied staff team, including the allocation of support workers, ensuring their skills and expertise match the needs of the people accessing their service and that adequate levels of cover are maintained. This will include the maintenance and administration of the rota system and coordination of staff absences.
