Help us shape research that will highlight the reality of claiming disability benefits in the UK

Call for Disabled participants with non-visible or non-apparent impairments to take part in research about their experience claiming PIP

Calling Disabled People with Non-Visible Impairments – have you tried to claim PIP in the last 5 years?

A researcher is looking to talk to people who live with non-visible or non-apparent disability who have experience claiming PIP in the past 5 years. This research involves a 1 to 2 hour interview discussing your experience of claiming disability benefits, from application, to assessment to results and your feelings about the process. You do need to have been successful in claiming PIP to be eligible – we want to find out what happened, what worked and what did not work for you.

All data collected will be anonymised. If you have any questions about the research or would be interested in taking part please contact Alexandra Ashworth via email at stnzama@ucl.ac.uk.
