Are you a highly motivated individual with lived experience of visual impairment? Do you have a passion for empowering your peers to succeed? Camden Disability Action (CDA) seeks a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Coaching Assistant who shares our vision for a radically inclusive world where people with differences are never Disabled by the society in which they live.

At CDA, we believe in the power of lived experience and are committed to investing in Disabled leaders. Our vision is to create a community, led by Disabled people, where power sharing happens, and Disabled leaders are central in shaping the community’s direction and so that real change happens.

As a Coaching Assistant, you will empower a group of visually impaired leaders to run their own projects to overcome loneliness and isolation in Camden. You will provide both coaching and encouragement along with the practical assistance to support our visually impaired leaders to deliver their change projects.

This role is funded by Fight for Sight/Vision Foundation for 12 months.
