This survey is part of the Mayor of London’s work to improve their understanding of where, when and how hate crime happens in London, which will enable them to provide a better service to victims of all forms of hate. Hate crime includes abusive language directed towards you because you are a Deaf or Disabled person.

The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime is responsible for setting the policing priorities for London, and ensuring that the Metropolitan Police is able to respond effectively to the diverse needs of communities across London. Working with the Metropolitan Police, they are currently setting up a project to investigate online hate crime. They want to understand the experiences and views of online hate victims to inform our work. Your views will help them shape the design of the approach taken and support offered to victims.

Participation in this survey is voluntary and you are free to withdraw at any point. The survey is anonymous and all answers will be treated in confidence. There are no right answers so be honest and open about your experiences. In total, this survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
