About this organisation

The Stuart Low Trust aims to support Londoners who are isolated and experiencing mental health issues to connect through arts, nature and wellbeing group activities based in the community.

Please call our general number or email us to register with our service, sign up for regular newsletters and access our activities. Please see our website for our current monthly activity programme. Our main centre is in Islington just north of Kings Cross station near the Caledonian Road.

Our activities are open to anyone in London and are run on weekdays during the day, some evenings and weekends.
-Our nature programme activities run during the spring-autumn months during the weekdays.
-On 2nd and 4th Friday evening from 6.30pm we hold a social event in our centre.
-Our wellbeing workshops run on Saturday afternoons.
-Our philosophy discussion forum runs on Sunday afternoons.
-For our arts programme, we have fortnightly art workshops on Tuesday afternoons and a Choir on Thursday evenings.
-We offer monthly outings to green spaces/places of natural interest and art galleries.
-We offer online wellbeing and gentle exercise sessions via Zoom on some Saturdays and on weekdays.
