Overpayment of Benefits Training (Propel Advice Project) (2 half days)

For DDPOs that are part of the Propel Advice Project ONLY.
2 half days – 5 & 6 Novermber 2024 – you must attend BOTH sessions.
Advanced course to equip experienced caseworkers and casework supervisors to systematically deal with a range of benefit overpayments and repayment criteria. Course provided by Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG)
Trauma Informed Working for DDPOs (3 part course)

3-part course – you must attend ALL sessions! (19-Nov-24 (full day); 17-Dec-24 (half day); 18-Feb-25 (half day))
To support DDPO staff to work in ways that are “trauma informed” and promote emotional safety, to support wellbeing and collaboration within teams, and to improve work with Disabled and neurodivergent clients.
Social Security Law Update (Propel Advice Project) (2 half days)

2 half days – 5 & 6 February 2025 – you must attend BOTH sessions.
Aimed at experienced advisors, this course shares the most important changes in benefit and tax credits law from the previous six months. Course provided by Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG).
