No show policy

If for any reason you can no longer attend an event, please let us know immediately and with at least 24 hours notice from the start time of the event. This gives us the chance to offer your place to someone else.

Our courses are very popular and often book up fully. Therefore, no shows at our events not only cost the project money, but can also deny somebody else the chance to participate.

While we do not charge for places, networking, training and events are not free: venue hire, facilitators, catering, administration and access support* costs are all subsidised so that it is ‘free’ for you.

We therefore ask you to respect the investment made in our projects in the event of you no longer being able to attend a booking.

If you can no longer attend a booking:

Please give us notice immediately and with at least 24 hours notice from the start time of the event. This will allow us to offer your place to someone else.

Repeated no shows may result in future bookings being restricted or refused.

*Please note: Depending on your circumstances, you may be asked to contribute towards access support. For more details, see our section on Accessibility.
