Look After Yourself – Films about the Into Sport Project

Look After Yourself is a film from the Into Sport Project and Inclusion Barnet, looking into the lives of a group of Disabled people who took part in the Into Sport project. It also witnessed the impact on Disabled people of wider social change that unfolded during 2015-2017. The film aims to change society’s perception of issues facing Disabled people.

Look After Yourself

‘Look After Yourself’ started as an exploration of the barriers faced by Disabled people in London trying to access sport and physical activity. It involved a two year period of action research by Inclusion Barnet, looking into the lives of a group of Disabled people who took part in the Into Sport project. During this time it also witnessed the impact on Disabled people of wider social change that unfolded during the period 2015-2017. The film aims to change society’s perception of issues facing Disabled people.
