Services Support Worker

We are looking for a full (37.5 hours per week) or part time (minimum 22.,5 hours per week) Services Support Worker working in the Sutton area and other locations in Surrey. Must be a native user of BSL or qualified to minimum Level 2 and be a car owner/driver.

Become part of RAD’s services team; delivering one to one support, group/peer activities, remote sessions and community based support to deaf people in their first and/or preferred language. Providing person centred support and guidance to enable deaf people (including those who have additional support needs, e.g. a learning disability or mental health challenge) to develop the skills required to live independently and achieve positive outcomes.
