Join a local Disabled-led charity as a short-term Deputy CEO to gain skills in strategic management and provide line management to a small team who deliver services to empower local Disabled people.

Salary: £42,000 pro rata

Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Managing a small team of people with diverse access needs, delivering services to empower local Disabled people
Supporting the CEO and learning about strategic management

You are:
Passionate about making a difference
Ready for a senior level management role
Highly motivated, with a ‘can-do’ approach to work

You have:
Personal experience of living with Disability, physical or mental health access needs or neurodivergence
Experience of managing projects successfully and line managing staff/volunteers to achieve targets
Excellent people skills, with experience of motivating others and helping them to reach their potential
