Finance Officer

Do you have experience as an accounts clerk or Finance Officer?

Do you have an AAT accountancy qualification Or are part-qualified and studying to complete?

This is a home-based role.

You will also be required to attend meetings and events outside of your home.

We want you to work alongside our Finance Team to take responsibility in preparing and entering expenditure data onto the accounting system for SignHealth, we use QuickBooks!

Our ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication, high attention to detail and complete knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping principles.

We intend to use add-on CRM software to help us authorise invoices and keep a thorough audit trail. So, if you have experience of operating account systems and understanding how to improve efficiency of these, that is a bonus!

We will expect you to have experience and knowledge of performing monthly bank reconciliations, monthly purchase ledger reconciliations and preparing supplier payment runs.

You will also take responsibility in ensuring that all financing procedures are followed in a timely manner, ensuring that accounting records are complete and accurate.
