Location: E14, London (On-site)

Salary: £25,725 per year pro rata

Part-time (21 hours a week), Permanent

Real is recruiting an Engagement and Co-production Facilitator who will help us to achieve our vision of a society where D/deaf and Disabled people feel Respected, Empowered and experience Equity in all areas of their lives. You will help us make a lasting impact on the inclusion and equality of Disabled people.

An exciting time for Real as we are currently refreshing our strategy and have recently secured further funding to increase our co-production work in the borough. This role is to support us to implement this strategy as well as to support the Engagement and Co-production Team to plan and deliver projects under some new funding streams.

We are looking for a person who can develop strong delivery skills; facilitating focus groups, collecting and recording feedback and empowering Disabled people to speak up for themselves.

Experience of facilitating co-production groups would be desirable but not essential.
