Inclusion London is a leading disability equality organisation run by and for Deaf and Disabled people. Our mission is nothing less than full equality and inclusion for Deaf and Disabled people; they have built a national reputation for effective policy and campaign work and for providing innovative business and organisational support to local, frontline DDPOs in London.

Reporting up to the CEO, as Director of Services and Development you will lead on the organisation’s capacity building services to all member DDPOs (London-based, equality organisations run by and for Deaf and Disabled people), ensuring they receive high quality and accessible organisational and business advice, training and support.
