Salary: £30,000

Hours: 37 Hours per Week

The Digital Learning Content Designer will need previous, successful experience of designing digital learning content.

You will ensure we have a blended approach to our training, using our Learning Management System platform (LMS) as the portal where digital content will be held.

You will play a key role within SignHealth as our aim is for 100% of our training to be in British Sign Language. Being a deaf led organisation, we employ over 75% of staff who are deaf.

We will expect you to understand the learning cycle, learning framework and how learning links to performance. You will work closely with the Learning and Development trainer whose job it is to deliver training.

You must have a clear and practiced understanding of digital authoring tools which will be a key part of role is developing and designing content. All content is to include subtitles and BSL video translation.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in digital training designing and use of learning management systems.

You will communicate with a wide range of people at SignHealth and learning sign language will enable greater and richer interaction with colleagues.

A high proportion of your work will be based from home, however you must be able to travel away from your home for meeting’s and events. Travel expenses will be paid.
