Disability Advice Service Lambeth (dasl) is Lambeth’s peer-led Disabled People’s Organisation. We want to appoint an Advice Team Leader who is excited about delivering high-quality advice and building an advice team.

The role is to provide mostly Welfare Benefits advice to Disabled adults up to tribunal level and to recruit, manage and support staff and volunteers, from trainee to experienced caseworker level. You will be able to make a real impact.

This is an exciting time for dasl’s Advice team. Building on a ground-breaking partnership with similar organisations established over the last 5 years, we have received funding for 2 years to recruit and train a Disabled Advice worker and expand our shared programme of training, peer support and peer review.

dasl’s success comes from dedicated work of our skilled staff, many of whom are Disabled people. You will be valued for who you are in our supportive and friendly team.

We are working flexibly between home and office. Our office in Brixton is fully accessible.
