CPAG free Universal Credit training courses in 2022

Training places are particularly aimed at advisers who support claimants who are BAME and/or Disabled.

Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG) have announced dates for their free Universal Credit training courses in 2022.

Don’t forget they also provide a FREE advice line for advisers

Free Universal Credit training

Training places are particularly aimed at advisers who support claimants who are BAME and/or Disabled.
CPAG will continue to deliver the training courses online, via Zoom until further notice.

Training course dates for 2022: 29th March, 26th May, 5th July, 18th October and 6th December 2022. Delivered online from 10am -1.30pm.

  • How to claim UC and the assessment period
  • Elements of UC and housing costs
  • UC and work
  • Conditionality and sanctions
  • Challenging decisions and problem areas
