Waltham Forest Disability Resource Centre offers a varied timetable of supported classes and activities for disabled adults in East London, including adapted exercise and physical activities and social and cultural activities, eg. choir, crafts, art. Our aim is to provide a space where disabled people can learn new skills, promote our own health and well-being and support one another to make the most of our lives.
