Care and Support and the Care Act – NHS information resource now available
The Department of Health and Public Health England have launched ‘Care and Support & You’, an online resource tool of useful materials to support those individuals and partner organisations affected by the Care Act reforms.
These include existing care and support service users, people approaching the point of need and carers.
