Big legal victory for Disabled people: the DWP’s changes to PIP regulations were declared unlawful today
High Court judge Mr Justice Mostyn allowed the claim in the case of RF v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions. The case was brought by a Disabled person with mental health support needs to challenge the changes the government made to Personal Independence Payment Regulations in March 2017.
